Having accumulated fifteen years experience of ballet training, Jennifer originally trained for the stage as a dancer, before discovering her love of acting at GCSE. She won 1st place in the Worcestershire Arts Festival in the duologue competition and gained significant roles in school productions before studying a drama degree at the University of East Anglia. In her first year she played Gilda in the university’s production of Alfie, swiftly followed by the role of Serafina Pekkala in the Philip Pulman adaptation of His Dark Materials. She has also appeared as the lead in the new show, Blessed Be My Bedpan, at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, gaining excellent personal reviews during the show’s run. Jennifer also lent her vocal talents to the narration of A Christmas Carol on Norwich’s Future Radio. In 2009, Jennifer acted in several Black Ram shows, Twelfth Night (Fabian), Northanger Abbey (Catherine Morland), and Steel Magnolias (Shelby Eatenton).
