Tom has been acting from an early age, first appearing onstage at primary school. At the age of thirteen he co-wrote his first play called Much Ado About Quite A Lot. During his five years at Shrewsbury School, Tom played significant roles in many productions including Romeo & Juliet, Equus, Hamlet, King Lear, as well as directing and acting in successful productions of Something Funny Happened On The Way To The Forum and Noises Off. Since starting at UEA, Tom's acting credits include True West (Lee), Macbeth (Macbeth), Return To The Forbidden Planet (Captain Tempest) and Angels in America (Joe). Tom has also performed in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in the musical Into The Woods, and in Black Ram's productions of Wildest Dreams (Warren Wrigley) and Twelfth Night (Sebastian).
